Louise welcomed us upon arrival, and we had every comfort we needed. The rooms were immaculately clean, very comfortable, and I believe the innkeepers (who were always available) went above and beyond to raise the set temperature in the rooms a bit to accommodate our Floridian warm-natured bodies. Breakfast was good, our time was lovely, and most outstandingly, our morning showers were amazing! Bless them for installing high-pressure hot water systems in the rooms.

We recently stayed at the Abacus Guest House, we cannot rate it highly enough. From the second we arrived in the house we were made very welcome. The Guest House is very clean and you wanted for nothing everything was there for you from shampoo, hairdryer, fridge and even access to th Internet. The power shower was fab. Breakfast, the choice was endless and freshly cooked to order. There are bus stops nearby to take you to Galway centre, but its only takes 15-20 mins to walk away. This family know what their guests require for there stay and they do it very well. Special thanks to Louise who was always eager to help in anyway. This Guest House is a must while visiting Galway.

We stayed here for a few nights in September and found the rooms to be extremely clean and the hospitality excellent. The city centre is only a short drive away but we also took the bus on the odd occasion which was really handy as the bus stop is only across the road. Breakfast was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. Its the kind of place you would think about going back to in future.

We arrived late but was received by a very friendly woman. The breakfast was really good and fresh. The room was clean, nice and had everything you need.
