I thought this hotel was brilliant value for money. It has a good central location. Inside it is nicely furnished, warm and comfortable.

The room was also excellent, as was breakfast which had a wide variety of options. The high point however was the service. i'm just not used to such effortless, and friendly service. The staff did not put a foot wrong. I just wish there was a swimming pool and it would have been perfect!

Took us a little while to find the car park beside the hotel. We did not realise that it's actually at the side of the hotel (not on the main road), so we went round in circles a few times attempting to find somewhere to park. Once in the car park, the hotel pays for the parking, which I thought was another nice touch. Recommended.

My friend and I stayed at The Park House for a night whilst shopping in the city the weekend before Christmas.
We chose it because of it's central location excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed.
From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the genuinely friendly,helpful porter we were made to feel so welcome. All the staff we dealt with were the same, friendly, really helpful and courteous.
The room we stayed in (a twin) was spacious, clean,well furnished and larger than those in many more expensive hotels I have come accross.
Breakfast was good too, well cooked and with plenty of choice.
I would definately recommend this lovely hotel to anyone, young or old,with or without families.

Exceptional service, very clean. This is indeed a top-notch hotel that I would definitely stay at if ever I am in Galway City again.

Stayed here many times over the years and at all times was very pleased with this hotel. It is situated in a nice part of central Galway within walking distance of everything. I would also highly recommend the food there.
