This hotel only has 4 stars, but I believe it deserves 5! The staff was extraordinarily helpful and cordial. (One of the attendants even parked our car for us--we being Americans and not used to a steering wheel on the right.)
The room was large and plush--thick carpet and draperies, lovely bedspreads and pillows. We received a newspaper each morning.
The public rooms were subtly lighted and had lots of brass touches.The decor of the dining room and the bar were what you might find in a 5 star hotel. The service was excellent.
We would definitely stay there again.

I had dinner in this hotel recently with 8 family members. It was absolutely fantastic!!!! The best I've had in a very long time. All we could talk about afterwards in the bar was how good the food was.

If you are staying in this hotel make sure you use the restaurant. It's a little pricey but worth every cent as it truly is superb!!!!!!

The duck is out of this world!!!

We have booked again for christmas.

I only got to stay at the Park House one night, but it was a good experience. It is clean, very cute, and the breakfast was good! Very nicely located in Galway.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Galway, very comfortable and good food and bar although a bit inpersonal after staying in smaller places during the rest of our trip.

The room was excellent and quiet (despite overlooking the main road). Staff were always available and their service first class. Food was also excellent. Overall, a first class experience.
