I absolutly loved my stay at Ardawn House. It is only a 2 minute walk from the city center, bus station, train station and tourist office.
There is a private parking lot infornt of the guesthouse which i also liked as it provided piece of mind.
There is 9 or 10 rooms i was in room 7 which was a spacious family room which had 4 beds although i only needed 3. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the neighbouring greyhound track at night i could even watch the greyhounds race which was very exciting as all you would expect to see from your room window is garden but this was great. Sean even offered us free admision passes to the track which we gladly accepted and had a great night and the best thing about the B&B was that we could have a few drinks and not have to worry about getting to our room saftly as we were right next door.
Downstairs there was a living room which had complementry tea and coffie facilites, newspapers and local advertisers.
Breakfast was superb there was 9 different things to choose from and there was also a yogort selection ,cereal selection ,fruit selection, and excellent homemade brown bread.
The owners are the nicest couple ever. They managed to spend time with every guest in the dinning room offering advice on places to go and great bars and cafes and tourist hotspots as well as cooking a delish breakfast.
We loved our stay there and will absolutly go again
