Stayed at Ross House for one night. We had three rooms for our family. Found the place to be in a good location to explore the town. It was about a pleasant 15 minute walk. The hosts, Sara and Gerald, are a delightful and helpful couple. The breakfast was very good. Sara does a great French Toast! The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Would certainly stay again.

I booked a land tour package with Aerlingus (car plus B&Bs), and Ross House is one of the places you can use with your vouchers.
Unfortunately, when we arrived in Shannon (after spending some time in London) my vouchers were missing. Our helpful and lovely hosts helped to salvage the situation by reprinting the vouchers after they had been resent via e-mail, and then calling the central B&B office who okayed the "nonofficial" vouchers. That office in turn notified everyone we had reserved with otherwise the replacement vouchers would not have been accepted.

Ross House is within walking distance from downtown Galway and serves a good breakfast. The only negative in our experience was finding the place which took us about an hour.

Stayed one lovely night at the Ross House. Very nice people with a beautiful home. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good. It was about a ten minute walk into Galway on a very quiet street. I would highly recommend the Ross House when you are visiting the area.

Teresa Ohara was a wonderful and personable owner and the home is lovely. It is immaculate and these beds were the best of our entire trip to Ireland. She knows what makes a guest happy. It is a beautiful home!
