Cracking location, Went with my girlfriend, 2 minutes from the train station, eyre square etc.... Hotel is standard 3 star fare so got everything we were expecting from it and the breakfast is served till 12 o clock which is brilliant. Staff all excellent from the check in to the lounge girl.

If your staying in Galway and are happy with a three star hotel this is the way to go

I stayed here with my wife and kids for two nights. We had a great time as it was very close to shops and a shopping centre. We had breakfeast in the hotel both mornings and we had one evening meal. The breakfeast was ready straight away and it was everything you would expect. The evening meal was also very nice, i myself had the steak which i would highly recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful. would stay again if i'm ever in the area.

I have just stayed here the week between christmas and new year and, I have to say, I have never encountered such friendly obliging hotel staff. They bent over backwards to help and made for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel itself is superbly located. It is very clean, if a little worn. We had a triple room for the price of a double. Not bad value 12O euros for first two nights and 6O for the last. In general, I found Galway to be cheaper then Dublin. There was plenty of tea and coffee and the bathroom was well stocked. Room service was quick and of good quality. The only negative was that its advertises broadband in the room but I had to get moved 3 times before I was given a smoking broadband room. Still, it got sorted in the end so it was no big deal.

I highly recommend this hotel.
