“Beautiful”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

Although service was a little slow, all the staff were extremely friendly and the food was absolutly beautiful. The angus beef was to die for and i didnt even need a knife to cut it because it was so tender. The place has a relaxing atmosphere an we couldnt have asked for more.

“Worth a visit”

Delicious rib eye steaks, nice ham hock terrine starter, good atmosphere, maybe a bit understaffed, worth a visit.

Such a great spot if you're looking for a pub to out for just one or two drinks with friends. The staff are so friendly and I'm really excited to try the food it looks unbelievable. It's so cosy. Can't wait to go back for the best pinot grigio in the city.

“Well worth a visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2012

The food in Blake's is wholesome, tasty and reasonable priced.
The staff are friendly and attentive and there is a good mix of diners and locals as the day we were there for lunch the restaurant was full and we decided to eat in the bar. The barman knew most of the locals in the bar by name, and he had time to have a word with everyone. Definitely well worth a return visit, they also have some unusual beers on tap which my husband loved.

“Lovely Restaurant and Lovely Atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

Had a lovely evening with work collegues at this restaurant. Had the steak on a stone-absolutely divine. Highly recommend it. Tried to book for Xmas Party but fully booked and I'm not suprised. A great addition to Galway.
