Have stayed at this hotel over several years, and always had a good holiday. The facilities are excellent and more importantly the staff are very pleasant.

what a difference to stay in a hotel where the staff are welcoming & courteous, could not recommend this hotel high enough and a class leisure centre aswell.

just back from a 3 night stay in the Carlton,this is a very modern hotel.We were made to feel very wellcome from the moment we arrived.The staff in all areas were very friendly and professional,children are very wellcome in this hotel and it was great to see they were so busy.The foyer,bar and dining areas are very spacious.We really enjoyed it,our only problem was we thought the rooms were too hot,we found it hard to sleep

stayed in this hotel last minute booking, stayed in i bedroomed suite plenty of room for 4 people.efficient staff, good food,leisure facilities very good and changing room were clean and warm with underfloor heating.only thing that didnt work properly in the bedroom was the heater, same was reported on the first night and it was fixed but second night same problem and had to have an electric heater to heat room which took some time.
