Stayed here for 2 nights midweek on a 2 night B&B with one dinner deal. Reception is nice and spacious, hotel itself is quite big, with about 4 blocks of rooms, so you can end up walking quite a way.
The location for visiting Galway was great, easy to find by car (used to be a Ryan Hotel so that's what my sat nav thought it was), lots of parking (free) and a do-able walk to the city centre. Got the details of bus timetable and city map from reception, but ended up walking into the city centre and back again. Had planned on getting a taxi back but needed to walk off the dinner we ate! There is a cinema just a few minutes walk away.
Breakfast and dinner were good, liked the food. The bar was quite spacious, but as there were some tour groups staying it could get quite busy.
The room and bathroom were nice, I like the style of decor, it looked like it was recently renovated. They did try to charge for the use of the safe (€1.50/day) which I also thought was a bit cheeky, but I just asked for it to be removed from the bill when we were checking out as they advised you could.
