I stayed here for two nights in April and really enjoyed my stay. I have stayed in a couple of other hotels in Galway, but I think that this is my favourite one. It is particularly convenient if you are driving to Galway, as most of the other hotels either don't have parking or charge you for parking, whereas this hotel has plenty of parking. It is not very central, but if you are planning to be using your car a lot then it's perfect.

My room was very large and had everything I needed. It was a bit hot, but I called reception and somebody came within a few minutes to turn off the radiator and then the room was fine.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The bar serves food all day. I didn't use the pool, but it looks great!

There was a nice mix of guests, lots of families, some business people and even the Munster rugby team were staying there.

I definitely recommend this hotel, it's great value.

stayed here for 3 nights at easter with husband and 2 children.
very child friendly hotel. ate in the bar all 3 nights and the food was good and reasonably priced. service was slow, but the hotel was very busy. had two interconnecting rooms and each room clean and well equipped. as it is rated 3 star, this hotel exceeded my expectations. will definately return. great value

We were very disappointed with our stay. The room appeared to be in an older wing of the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and the hotel was far outside the city. However the pool is fantastic. Overall i would not return as the other options for Galway are fantastic.

Have just returned from a 2 night stay here. Its on the outskirts of Galway so a car is helpful or you could get a taxi or bus to city centre.Considering its only a 3 star the place is outstanding. Its better than any 4 star I ve ever stayed in! From the plush modern lobby to the friendly staff and the excellent gym and pool. All staff we encountered were extremely helpful,even providing us with a breakfast bag on the final morning as we had to leave early.
We ate in the restaurant as part of the package and the food was lovely. ( usually food awful in hotal restaurants in my experience )
The room we had was a family room with double bed and one single.The beds were compfy, shower powerful and warm,and decor very modern and clean.
Overall, I would say if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel that is family friendly then this is highly recommended.

We stayed here for a romantic valentines weekend. it is a beautiful hotel with fab staff. Breakfast was very good, lots to eat and self service. rooms are great and well layed out. Brill hotel for kids as it has a kids club. theres a cinema 5 min walk away. we will definatly go back. well worth the money.
