I stayed at Days Hotel Galway in May and loved it. Though the hotel is so big you feel as though you're walking around an airport, the standard of the room and the price make it well worth that extra walk to and from the room! The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the Room Service. The breakfast that was delivered was inedible- soggy, undercooked and freezing. But when I mentioned it to the Receptionist upon departure there was no problem in removing the charge. The only thing I regret was not using the leisure facilities as they looked fabulous. All in all a great cheap stay at a lovely 3 star hotel.

stayed at the days from friday until sunday. staff were friendly and always to hand. rooms well kept and food was good.small queues that moved quickly...entertainment in the bar great after a few pints...leasure centre top class, will return.

Stayed in this hotel for a long weekend. The first room we were given, had stains covering the ceiling and walls. It looked like someone had a party in the room the night before. Complained to reception and were immediatly moved to another room, which we found to be very clean, and spacious. Everything we would expect from a Days Hotel. Generally the staff were very freindly and helpfull. The food served at dinner was excellent. However, we felt very let down by the breakfeast. Basically it was self service. Now I know, this is becoming more and more common. However, if a hotel chooses to do this, they should run it properly. There was one particular member of staff supervising, who basically greeted you at the door by saying self service. No "Good Morning" or other greeting. We were treated like a heard of cattle. You were shown a table and leaft to fend for yourself. Tea/coffe were cold, and the food was medicore. Stayed in this hotel before, and I can honestly say we were looking forward to the stay. If this hotel got the serving of the breakfeast right, it would be a great hotel. Will think twice before staying here again.

This is a beautiful hotel ,with nice rooms ,and excellent facilities on the face of it.
What spoils it is the same as a reviewer mentioned going back to the 9th September,they will take anyone to fill a room !
I counted 6 coaches as i was leaving.
This hotel does not offer good enough service for the amount of
customers they take in
I queued from arrival,to the bar,struggled to get a table for dinner,
had to queue at the toaster the following morning,because they dont let the business people in before 07.30 yet the coach parties
are all in.
I was most unimpressed being treated like a second class citizen.
The final straw was being told you cannot have breakfast in the restaurant ,but will have to take it out into the bar.
You get one chance with me these guys failed miserably,i wont be back!!!!!!!!
