I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, all staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us and make our stay very nice. Rooms were very nice and clean and the breakfast was great value, u can really fill up for the day. The kind receptionist booked on a day trip to the clifs of mohrer and we got collected and dropped of at the hotel.

Had bar food the first night and dinner in the dining room which was super on the last night.

I would highly recomend this hotel and will be b back.

we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the price was very reasonable and it included the full irish breakfast! it was a little bit of a walk to get to the city centre, but the bus stopped right in front of the hotel every 15 minutes during the day. it was less than two dollars to ride the bus to the downtown area. And it was nice to get out and walk a little bit to work off some of the food i ate during my stay.
everyone at the receptionist desk was nice and helpful to us.
the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. not sure how the restaurant was...we only ate breakfast there and it was buffet style.
if i go back to galway, i will definitely stay there again.

Just returned from a 3 day break at Flannerys. We travel a lot through out the world normally in good standard hotels. I cannot remember the last time we stayed in a 3 Star. However if I had not known before we arrived I would have rated this hotel as a very good 4 star.

Check in was very quick and receptionist very friendly. Room good size and cleaned to a very high standerd. Everything you needed was there. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean and tidy.

Only ate breakfast there which was extremely good, well cooked and always hot.
The chef (sorry did not get his name, but I am sure he won't mind me saying was quite a large guy), was extremely friendly and keen to ensure you had everything you wanted and enjoyed your food.

All the staff we had dealings with were efficient and friendly.

I can normally find something to have a moan about, but on this occasion cannot.

If ever we are in this area again we would definately stay here, and certainly would recommend it to others.

stayed in this hotel for a weekend recently, reception staff although polite the bar staff with the exception of the foreign immigrant asian workers are rude and could do with some retraining in how to talk talk to customers twice we were rudely asked to settle our food bill even though we already had paid on ordering, not how one would expect to be spoken to. On arrival back at the hotel after a night out we witnessed a fight at the front door which was not what we expected, security staff were non existened, a frightening experience as we heard that a girl was also punched.full of stag and hen parties would not recoomend this to a friend.
