I loved the breakfast at the Radisson it was the best I had in Ireland, so much to choose from and the cost was included in the price of the room. They had so much to choose from and we spent a long time relaxing and chatting and enjoying it and the staff didn't rush us. Our room was fine, really comfy bed and nice and quiet. The leisure section was a bit dated but that really didnt bother me. Good bed and good breakfast. All little pricy I suppose but it was a treat.

We stayed in the hotel on the June bank holiday weekend, our friends also joined us in the Radisson. Their room was dreadful and it was a wheelchair room also, which had an open floored shower room so after having a shower if you walked in to the toilet again your feet/slippers would get wet. the windo in their room could not open as the window would open onto the hotel foyer - seems like a hotel design issue to me. As for ourselves the room was stuffy and the window only opened 2" or so. The room was constantly stuffy and no air could circulate, we ordered two pizzas on the saturday before heading out and they were the most disgusting pizzas I have ever come across. On leaving the hotel we were charged for parking our car! a total of around €45 added to the weekend which actually cost more of the petrol on a return journey from Dublin. I would not stay in this hotel again even for free thats how bad it was.

We attended a major conference at this hotel and stayed 2 nights. The bedroom door card did not work following check-in and had to be re-swiped at reception. During the night some man entered the room by accident as obviously our card was given to another guest in error.

The first evening we were asked to delay our restaurant reservation until 8.45 but waited until 10.00pm before we got our starters. Other guests adjacent to our table had waited longer. The waiter said that all the chefs and waiting staff had been taken to another area to serve a banquet. By the time the main course had come our wine was finished. Following our complaint we were not charged for the meal.

The following day our room was not serviced and on enquiry we were told we had to leave out a request card to achieve this.

The second evening we took our chances in the bar for dinner and our order was mislaid. After several complaints the wrong meals arrived which we ate, as we were heading out for the evening and could not delay. We were not charged for this meal either.

At breakfast the first morning there were no fried eggs and soya was not available. The second morning soya was available but the waitress suggested we bring it to our own table rather than serve us.

When we were checking out, the address on the bill for our room was wrong.

This hotel seems poorly organised; some of the staff were really apologetic and struggling to deliver service: they are ill-served by their masters who seem unable to run an efficient operation. My wife did ask for and see the manager who also apologised and offered a voucher for a subsequent visit, which did not materialise, although the final afternoon of our visit was busy due to a visit by the President.

I was here for a night with some friends for a night in May. We booked a standard twin room but some of the others stayed on Level 5 which is an all executive floor with an executive lounge. My room was very small especially compared with the level 5 ones but as we were only there for a night I didn't mind too much. The hotel is very central and in walking distance to Eyre Square, the railway station and shopping centres. Some of us had booked spa treatments, and these really made the trip for me. The spa is probably the nicest I've been to and the staff are extremely friendly. I actually spent the difference I would have paid for level 5 in the spa in the end but felt it was very worth it. They have several desks open for checking in and out and we didn't have to wait any length of time for either. The bar does very nice food too and again very friendly staff. I would go back again.

Arrived Sat for one night stay to SAS radisson was expecting something really special.we stayed in one of the standard rooms for 215e when we got into the room we discovered that we had no natural daylight we were facing the lobby on the first floor, there was a window you couldn't get to there was large pane of glass preventing u from opening.instead we had an air con thermostat which u couldn't drop lower than 16 degrees. It was so uncomfortable I didnt complain as I was only there 1 night. It was so dreary to stay in.The only good thing was the comfortable bed really nice.We headedfor breakfast at 10.30 which was cold by time we got to it.I was glad to be checking out. Haven't said all that the staff were friendly , but I definitely wouldnt go back so over priced and over rated. Pity as location is good and hotel looks well.If you do stay make sure your not in room we got claustrophbic is not the word !!
