Stayed here for 3 nights lovely hotel beautiful grounds in a great location for galway and salthill had a meal in bar the first night which was lovely and very reasonable second night we had a meal in the restaurant which was part of our package could not fault any it the service or the food. Breakfast was fine plenty of selection which was topped up regularly would recomend asking for a room on top floor to the back as the views were lovely.overall had a enjoyable time here and would go back

just returned from a weekend away with my partner. Was surprised when we pulled up to the hotel very clean and impressive. beautifull gardens including its own herb garden. checked in very quickly staff very friendly. rooms spacious and clean . sperste shower and bath. not to far out from the city its only a 5 min drive and 8 euro by taxi.cocktails in bar fanfastic. the only down side was the food in the restaurant was a bit dissapointed .other than that would stay in this hotel again no probs.

My family travelled to Galway to visit us for a Family reunion and stayed in the Aurdilaun hotel and I have to say I was very happy with the way things worked out. It was the ideal place to suit everyone, The hotel didn't let me down and everyone was happy out at the end of it all. Thanks to all the friendly staff!

My Family and I stayed at the ardilaun last may for two nights. Given recent reviews I was a little apprehensive, but I must say we were plesently suprised. On arrival a porter was called to show us to our room (not requested) On the way to the room the porter was very informative of the hotel facilities and local amenities. We stayed in a family room which was quite large but still cosy retaining that old style character.
We had booked dinner in the restaurant on the first night and boy what an experience, the lamb was to die for. We put the kids to bed and enjoyed a few drinks in the bar, the staff were very friendly. We ate the following day in the bar and the value was fantastic as was the service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to people from any walk of life. It has managed to hold on to its old style character while providing a stanard of service that I have not seen in any other hotel I have stayed in. WE WILL BE BACK
