We stayed overnight recently and found it as described before - just adequate. We were put into a ground floor room equipped for a disabled person - everything was tehrefore very low and there were rails all around the bathroom and a chair in the shower - which we found strange. The best thing about the room was the bed - it was lovely and soft and big enough too. It's a fine place if you just need a bed for the night - we skipped breakfast as it was an extra charge.
