Hotel was clean and basic - you get average accomadation but a great location right in the heart of galway. All rooms are 128 euros regardless of party size and 10 euros extra for breakfast - I belive its dearer if you dont ask for it before you book the room. Noisy at night outside the hotel room with people swearing and screaming until 4.30am!! room quite small and hot. Towels mimimal so be sure to bring your own.

Galway is a fantastic place to stay!! Go outside the hotel for some hidden gems and great food, drink and entertainment.

stayed in jurys in the middle of last month(august) and we couldnt have asked for more.I stayed with 2 other friends of the age of 35-45 who would frequently stay in Inn's all over the UK and ireland.We all agreed that the check in/check out was very efficient and friendly.The rooms were easy to find(no walking around amelessly trying to find our room) ,spottless and bright.
We had lunch in the bar on the second day and found everything to be delicious and service was excellent,the waitress was irish which is quite rare nowadays so we could converse our order with minimum fuss.location could not have been better either,
recommend a visit!!!!!!!

I have to say i am quite surprised at the above bad reviews...I have stayed here on several occasions .Last visit. myself and 3 pals went to Galway for the weekend back in June. I have to say, we could not find one fault . Some of us stay regularly in various hotels around the country with work so we would be well used to a high standard...Firstly, the room & bathroom was spacious & spotless, we couldnt believe breakfast was served till 11.30am,( ideal post a late night out ) it was really nice& plentiful. Staff were courteous & efficient on checking in & out. As weather was bad, we had a meal in the hotel on the sat night, to be honest, we hadnt planned on eating in the hotel but i was really surprised, We loved it!! Personally, i think you will not a find a hotel in a better location for such good value in Galway...would highly recommend it & we are planning our next visit...

to italian people you must not give 20 grams of bread for dinner and then say that's finished!!!! and one litre of tap water for a table of 14 persons,is conceivable only in africa...
and if i order chips, and clearly i'll go to pay for this damned chips,it's simple out of mind that the waitress snorts at me and says "i've to ask to kitchen if it's possible
no tableclote, and, believe me, the tables arre not shinig for hygiene!!!!
maybe the hotel (?!?) was really poor of dishes. don't put down your fork if you don't want that the waitress rubs your dish under your nose...
the rooms are great looking, but... the water close was out of order...
they give us only one key card, so if one of us want to go to sleep, the other one was obliged to go to sleep, also if he doesn't want to.
really an awful experience. believe me.
