It was wonderful show - seeing these dancers, singers and musicians who perform all over the world in a smaller, more personal venue (we were fortunate to have great seats!). The kids were able to get autographs and photos afterwards. The traditional music was excellent and everyone was so friendly! We had a great time! I hope you enjoy this show as much as we did when you are in Galway.

we native galwegians are often the last to go to such a show but in doing do we were more than pleasantly surprised by the warm tones ,welcome,lighting and overall touch of magic form the musicians and dancers, our family from Italy were mesmerised by it all ...I can highly recommend the show to you all.many thanks to all the cast for a lovely night

An amazing show! A "must do" in Galway with fatastic music and great dancing.......

As Aussie visitors to Ireland we had an excellent night out at the Trad last month. I did not know but Trad is short for traditional Irish music and dance. Our expectations after a long day trecking across from the other side of Ireland were modest but these guys put on an excellent show. The quality of music and dance was outstanding and worthy of a much bigger venue in front of thousands. Even little things, like making sure that our kids (4 of them) had good seating meant that we set the night off on the right foot.
All the dancers and musicians including those from Riverdance and Lord of the Dance along with world champion junior dancers (the young irish dancing brothers were quite extra-ordinary). An all up very good night out and well with the visit down the promenade. The hotel is a little tricky to find and the venue a little tucked away.
Tickets were very reasonable, and they offered a great deal for 2 adults and 4 kids which made it easy on the pocket. The room was 80% full which made for a good atmosphere and this was on a Sunday night. Get in early to get a good seat (before the tourist coaches arrive) or even better, request to reserve seats. Go the Trad.
