“Cramped”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013 via mobile

Tables are too close together, almost felt like I should join in with the conversation at the next table. Good food though and is reasonably priced. The decor is a bit dated.

“Nice spot but a couple of things irked me.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013 via mobile

Tasty food but hot food should not be served on cold dishes. Nothing worse than cold eggs. Eggs Benedict came with cold hollandaise and they would not warm it. Good service though.

“Howards Way Churchtown”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2013

This is a small local restaurent that is always very busy for breakfasts and lunches at weekends. Quite a tightly packed place but they really make up for it on service and food. The mid week menu is a really good price for the quality of the food and large menu to choose from. Havnt visited the one in Rathgar but would really recommend Churchtown restaurent for great value tasty food.

“The best coffee in Dublin”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2013

We have been going to this bustling neighborhood cafe for almost ten years and it is great. The staff are always friendly and the food accommodates everyone from the health conscious, to vegetarians, to great big frys! Food is consistently excellent. The fries and dip are delicious (its the only place I will eat fries anywhere!) Try the goats cheese salad, or the curry, wonderful!
It is always busy, from morning to night, which underlines how popular it is, but its not the place for a quiet chat, although there are often groups of friends here.
The coffee is wonderful, we love the cappuccinos with a sprinkle of flake chocolate. These are the best baristas in Dublin (to be honest, anywhere!) Try it, it is always worth the trip.
