Went for lunch at the weekend and it was fabulous. The lunch menu, 3 courses for 2 or 3 courses was excellent with plenty of choice.
I opted for the fois gras with toasted brioche for starter followed by the pork belly with scallops for mains, finished off with a dulce de leche panna cotta.
Everything was absolutely top notch. The fois gras portion was big as were the two slices of brioche. The pork belly accompanied by three perfectly cooked scallops and various other savouries was wonderful and so tasty! The dessert, served in a whisky type glass, was just ok.
My partner had the ham and black pudding terrine, followed by the beef cooked a couple of way and again, everything was excellent and full of flavour.
I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant if you’d like a gourmet lunch that won’t break the bank.
