“A wonderful stay after seeing Riverdance in Dublin.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2010

The hotel was very easy to find on a main road from airport. We had a great room and found it quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was brilliant and very fulling. Lots of choose to eat from. Secure parking for the car, though we had to pay. Thought Hotel guests could be free from overnight charges. The room was good apart from some minor defects in the bathroom. Service was good at checkin and checkout. Good courteous staff.

Stayed here during a whistle stop tour of Ireland - excellent value for money, clean, modern room with big comfy bed. Very good breakfast. Lovely!

We wanted to be close to Dublin airport and at the same time close to Dublin center. Tesco shopping center is just across the street. There is a food court inside this Tesco which we also ate at and is good. Also the bus stop outside Tesco is easy to ride to Dublin center. The Hilton also sits near another smaller grocery - restaurant with coffee shop. We ate several dinner meals at the Hitlon and they were EXCELLENT. Don't miss their pea and watercress soup. The have early bird specials and their food and service was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and the shuttle service to airport was on time. Highly recommend staying at this Hilton.

We only stayed at this hotel one night (a Sat. night) so we could catch our morning flight back to the States. Selected this property mainly because we are Hilton Hhonors members, trust the Hilton name, and the price was fairly reasonable. PROS: Overall nice property for an airport hotel; attractive, very large bar/restaurant within/adjacent; courtesy airport shuttle (which we did not use). Food via Room Service was surprisingly very good! CONS: If you have a car, parking can be a nightmare; upon our arrival there were no available spaces out front/lobby area and their parking garage is not that close/convenient & is very tight. It was dirty and had a bad odor to boot. We had a lot of luggage & if you park in the garage you have to go through a non-automatic double door to the FIRST elevator - then unload and get in a SECOND elevator to get to your room. That said, if you have a lot of luggage & a rental car we do NOT recommend this hotel. In addition, it is not that close to the airport; there are several other hotels much closer (and cheaper, I believe) such as Bewley's or the Clarion. We will try one of them next time.

My mother stayed here on her own - they were most attentive and kind to her. the check-in was faultless and quick and the food was really great. Despite being nervous about travelling alone (she is 75 plus!) she really enjoyed her stay. They kindly gave her a room with wheelchaire facilities and could not have been nicer. We'd well recommend it.

Stayed at this hotel last week following an evening arrival into Dublin airport. Booked the park and fly rate which was very good value (€79 for 8 nights parking and one nights accommodation for 2 peope).

A shuttle bus runs regularly between the hotel and airport and a timetable is available on the hotel website.

Check in was slow as several other people travelled on the same shuttle bus from the airport as us and we all needed to check in. There was only one receptionist on duty and she also had to deal with phone calls from hotel bedrooms. However she did apologise for the delay encountered.

The room was a good size, well furnished and very clean. We had requested a room at the back of the hotel to avoid noise from the road and this request was honoured.

We decided to have breakfast in the hotel the following morning at the extra cost of €10 per person and it was excellent.

I had emailed the hotel in advance of our stay with a few questions and I received a prompt and full reply.

All in all this hotel is excellent and I look forward to staying there again in the near future.

I stayed at this hotel the night before I was flying out of Dublin airport. It was really the perfect place for my last night in Ireland. The hotel is about 5 minutes drive from the airport and offers a complimentary hotel shuttle. The staff is very helpful in arranging all of your airport travel needs and any wake up calls, of course.

The room was very clean and modern, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. My only dislike was the cost to use the computers with internet in the lobby, 4.50 EUR for 15 minutes!!! Kind of ridiculous in my opinion, especially when I just stayed in a hotel in the middle of no where that had computers with internet and did not charge anything. That aside, this is a really nice hotel with excellent service.

Directly across the street is a shopping mall with a food court, a TESCO super market, and some other shops. This was nice for grabbing last minute chocolates and candy to bring back to the US. There is also a bus stop next to the shopping center with service into Dublin's city center. Seeing as it was my last night of a great vacation, it was nice to have this convenience. A cab ride between the hotel and city cost roughly 20-25 EUR, which isn't too terrible for getting home late at night.
