Thank you for your feedback. At Dublin Citi Hotel we are always trying our best to provide the best customer service possible. The room are regularly inspected to make sure everything is in place. We have a 24/7 maintenance and housekeeping staff to take care of all our customer needs.

Having an in house bar and restaurant is an added bonus to our guests. We have live music with well known bands everyday. In addition, all the guests get free entry into the nightclub and also great offers on food and beverages.

We greatly appreciate your feedback and hope to see you soon again

Staff was very friendly and helpfull when asked, our room was nice and clean. Roomrates and location directly in the city centre taken into consideration we were very pleased with our stay.
We'll surely come back provided prices keep staying the same.

Great location, near but not IN Temple Bar. Just a few hundred feet from the 747 bus from the airport. Stayed for a day on 12/26. No noticeable street noise the night we were there.
Small rooms with big bathroom. NO hot water at all...dam cold!
Great connected pub, Trinity, with great bartenders (John and Lucas). Wifi was best from here as well.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel on the 16th of December. This hotel is in an unbelievable location, if you are coming to Dublin for the Temple Bar area this is definitely the only choice for you as it is also very well priced. The room itself was sufficient; I would not say it was great. The bathroom was very big, almost un-proportionally so as the room was quite a tight fit. The staff were all friendly and helpful and it was great that the bar was on the property. We stayed on a Monday night so noise was no issue for us, but I did note that we were provided with ear plugs, which I think is a great idea. If you are not interested in the Temple Bar area I would never suggest this hotel for you as it is right in the thick of things. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and can't imagine staying anywhere else if we are lucky enough to ever return to Dublin.

Just returned from an enjoyable two night stay in the Citi hotel in Dublin.
The hotel is very central, the staff were friendly, the food was very good, the room was comfortable and clean, but I think the hotel is more for a younger age group. I would describe it more as a pub with rooms above.
As I mentioned the hotel was very central; however, with a central location comes noise, and there was a tremendous amount of noise from traffic and late night revellers. Double glazing would make a big difference.

Room Tip: Request a high floor away from the road

Stayed at Dublin Citi Hotel for one night as a last minute decision to have a quick visit to Dublin. Was a bit worried about what we would get as price booked direct with hotel was considerably cheaper than other hotels in same area. Emailed ahead to ask for room on higher floors as suggested in previous reviews and mail was answered immediately confirming request. On arrival at hotel any doubts were gone straight away. Service was friendly, you could not wish for better location and the rooms although basic were clean and homely. All in all I don't think you can do better than this hotel for value.
