Nice hotel, laid back reception, had some issue with check in because we had to pay by card because we reserved our room over the internet and we wanted to pay cash. The room was adequate, facing onto Dame Street so the noise was very loud even with the window closed and curtains pulled. Upstairs away from reception I felt the hotel could be doing with some updating.
