“Delicious Tapas & Great Outdoor Area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

Love this restaurant, have been there with family and a large group. Food has never disappointed, staff very friendly and obliging. Outdoor area one of the nicest around with heaters and retractable covers to cater for Irish weather! Try Patatas Bravas, McFoie Burger, Esparragos,Tetilla Templada and the Calamares for starters!!

“Great tapas and excellent service in a wonderful atmosphere! A must in Dublin!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

Love this place - Very friendly staff and the food speaks for itself. I have frequented this Port House restaurant in Dundrum on many occasions. It never fails me. I love their Goats Cheese and spinach salad with Almonds, the chicken paella and the seta croquets. You can get a great set of tapas with a very good selection of wine or sangria (totally recommendable). The churros with chocolate are to die for!!! The staff is really amicable and all in all probably one of the nicest places for a nice dinner in Dublin.

“Nice tapas and wines”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2013

The port house is a great place for a few nice tapas and a good glass of wine. Chorizo in Red wine , lemon marinaded chicken on skewers , Spanish lamb stew , prawns in batter with aeoli and fried potatoes with mojo Rojo are all very flavoursome. Washed down with a nice Rioja red - even better. Not expensive , good atmosphere and service too. Tables are small but that makes it more intimate. A nice casual
restaurant in central Dundrum.

“Great tapas !!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

I love spanish food and ibericos is one of my favourite places to have them in Dublin. The food is tasty and always fresh, my top five are the mushroom croquettes, pepito solomillo, papatas bravas, goat cheese salad with honey and the cheese platter, can not get enough of them...churros with chocolate for desert (if you can manage after such a big meal)...staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile if they have to. Overall a great place to have a nice and tasty dinner.

“Spanish Doughnuts!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2013 via mobile

Went here with my boyfriend recently. Loads of eateries to choose from in Dundrum but we settled here as it looked really quaint - dimly lit, nice ambiance.
We weren't disappointed. We ordered a selection of six dishes between us to share - one word, delicious !
Wine was lovely, staff were delightful - very attentive. The dessert menu was amazing!!! So much to choose from! The Spanish Doughnuts were like little rings of heavan served with chocolate dipping sauce!
All in all, we had a very positive experience. Great menu, good value & excellent service!
