Went here with another friend and was really looking forward to something a little different, as I love Indian food but had never seen this 'Indian street style' food before so I was intrigued. The food we ordered was lovely, although the menu was a little tricky to pick from, and we ended up gambling with a few things and seeing what came. We ordered the sea bass for the main which was absolutely beautiful, cooked to perfection and so different to other Indian food I have tried before. We tried a slightly more conventional lamb curry as the other dish which was also very good, loads of different flavours and the lamb was beautiful. The desserts we chose were slightly less successful, however, as the ice cream came accompanied with a 'caramelised balsamic' sauce, which although an interesting idea, really didn't work with the ice cream, it was lucky that we ordered the cheesecake as well which was beautiful. The main concern I had with the meal, and what really let the food down, was the absolutely terrible service we received; we had to flag down waiters and remind them two or three times for our drinks, and it was nigh impossible to get our orders taken and get more drinks after the first one. I can only hope that this lack of organisation was due to teething problems in a relatively new restaurant, and if that was overcome, this could be a really nice place to have a meal.
