“Rebel Walking Tour”

Took the Rebel Walking Tour on 15th June. The guide was extremely informative, and delivered the Tour with great passion for his subject. An amazing amount of History has taken place in and around this part of the centre of the capital. At 10 euros, this is fantastic value for money and this tour really brings to life the actions of the leaders of the Rising. A must for anyone visiting Dublin. The staff in the bookshop were very helpful as well.

Go raibh maith agat agus maith thú Pat!!

“best 2 and a half hours of our trip to Dublin”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

Knowing a little about 1916, this was gonna be interesting. To see the places and have the stories told to you with such passion made the difference. Rory knew his stuff, and to combine this tour with the goal and cemetry, it gave us a great in sight to the events of 1916 and all the other events leading up to it. can't recomend it highly enough. It's a must do for the lovers of irish history.

“I walked through History”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

I absolutely loved this tour. It was the highlight of my trip to Dublin. I cannot wait to bring my family to Dublin to take this tour again. The guide was so informative and knowledgeable about the subject. I know Irish history, but for those who do not, it is really hard not to support the republican cause after taking this tour.

“Must do! A guide who knew his stuff and his love for Ireland and its history was inspirational”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013 via mobile

If only all guides loved their city and history so much. I came away with a much better understanding of Irish history and when I went to the goal and cemetery it meant so much more to me. The walk wasn't that far, it all happened close by where the tour starts. Definitely recommend it.

“Made the events of 1916 come to life”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013 via mobile

Thoroughly enjoyed the Tour. My Husband has a real interest in Irish history but commented that he had learnt a lot during the two hours. Rory gave a balanced view and was not afraid to tackle the difficult questions. Would highly recommend the Tour. Also a decent mug of coffee at the shop
