“Warming welcome in Dublin”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013

The Jameson's Distillery was a great place to end a tough day's site seeing, especially after plodding through a downpour after a disappointing visit to the Modern Art Gallery. Their hot toddy's are to die for, my Hot Apple toddy was delicious and really hit the spot. Definitely a place to go with friends to enjoy good Dublin hospitality. Would have liked to try the tasting but didn't have enough time in our busy schedule.

“Highlight of my trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013

Had a FANTASTIC visit. Myself and three friends (20) visited and had the best time. Very good tour, interesting but doesn't drag on. Learn the history and the process, perfect mix of both. Rob and Christoper were both excellent. Highly recommend it to everyone.

“Awesome Time”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013

This was a great time. Our hotel was 1 block away, so it was easy to get to. We had to wait about an hour to start the tour. Personalized tour guide with a group of about 20. My mom got selected as one of 10 whiskey taste testers. I kind of raised her hand for her. She is not a drinker. She sipped on the samples and gave them to the lady next to her. So the lady sitting next to her had 6 shots of whiskey in 30 minutes. Hope she was ok to walk. My mom really enjoyed this tour.

“Loved the tasting!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2013

I have never been a fan of whiskey but this is much different than Whiskey from the USA. It is very smooth and great with a little ginger ale and lime. Jameson became my drink of choice for the rest of my trip. Tours are very informative and interesting, a little better than the Guinness tour. We had to wait an hour for our tour but there is a nice little restaurant upstairs with very good food. Well worth the visit.

“Educational”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

I preferred this tour to the Guinness tour and it's not far across the river. However you may have to wait upto 45 minutes for a tour as numbers on each are limited so if one is booked you have to wait, even with the Dublin Pass. If you have to wait there is a nice restaurant upstairs, I had a one course meal and glass of wine (beetroot and goat's cheese salad, very nice),The tour goes through the process with tasting at the end. There is also a shop.
