We stayed here in January 2014 and enjoyed our 3 nights. The hotel is breathtaking when you arrive. The interior of the lobby is so cool and they have decorated it with high back chairs and other items that fit the age of the castle. We checked into our room and were pleasantly surprised to see a very modern layout and design. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Everything was great except the bar tender in the hotel bar was very rude. We had a drink there 2 nights in a row and both nights we seemed to be bothering him that we were in there. We only had one drink and went somewhere else each night.
