4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2014

Great sea view. A functional hotel, needs updating but acceptable. Close to St. Vincents Hospital thence my reason for staying there. Also bus into city centre stops outside hotel as does Aircoach . Also easy to get to by car.

Stayed 5 nights. Found the staff very friendly and efficient. The main problem is the double glazing which is very old and should be replaced. Currently some noise can be expected from
road traffic and the front rooms and a generator type sound at the rear.
Overall the hotel is quite acceptable and I would certainly stay again.
The quality of the breakfast is excellent and the one bar meal I ate was worth every euro.

Room Tip: Ask for an executive type room it may cost more but they are worth it.

Great Location, Friendly and Helpful Staff, great sea views from front bedrooms. Great value @ 55 euros/room/night. Full Irish Breakfast only 4.50 euros/head as part of OTEL package. While Hotel is in need of some decorating especially in Bar and Restaurant it is quite acceptable and functional as a rated three star hotel in a convenient and attractive location. Good Transport links including DART and Bus Routes. Filling station(gas) and convenience shop with ATM immediately adjacent. Would use again.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view on the third floor or higher!

The personal is very nice and do their best but over all I won't come back. There's too many extra fees for things that should be included in the price like wifi and BREAKFAST. So that really bothered me. It's a bit far from Dublin city as well. But you get what you pay for (exept breakfast). Probably won't recomend this hotel to anyone..

We stayed here for 3 days. The staff was friendly in majority but you will find a few very rude ones too.
The room was cozy with nice bathroom.
No room service, no wifi in rooms.

Free wifi only available in main lobby which because of this reason was crowded most of the time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The bar and dining area are comfortable and welcoming. The rooms need updating but were quite big and our room had a nice view over the bay. Easy to get around as the bus stops outside the hotel and the dart is a 5 minute walk away. The food was very good but I thought there could have been a bit more variety at breakfast. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

staff were great. they were very helpful. lobby, bar and dining areas are very comfortable. Rooms were clean but dated. chairs in the room were ripped, toilet leaned to the left. But overall the room was clean. quite a bit out from the city centre but the dart is just a short walk and there is regular buses outside the hotel.
