“Fantastic location, great service and easy to walk everywhere in the city.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013 via mobile

Stayed 2 nights over a rugby weekend . Helpful staff, rooms clean, good breakfast and great service. Would stay again as location perfect for city break , no noise and in a nice part of the city centre opposite the concert hall and beside st Stephens green park. Close to great shops bars and clubs.

“Such helpful staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013

I stayed here - second time - for five nights at the beginning of March. Have to compliment the staff on their friendly, professional service. I entertained friends twice in the restaurant - service and food excellent, although a la carte a bit on the expensive side. Room service fast and efficient. Comfortable bed and room - although carpets getting a bit tatty.Bathroom toiletries good. And not only did the radio channels on the TV work, but the station choice is worldwide! An additional bedside radio is also a nice touch.

Room Tip: Upper floors away from Earlsfort terrace are quiet

“We revisited for the gathering; we gathered in glee”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

Third time back at my fave and fab Dublin hotel, but this times a few glitches: fire alarm (actually a false "practice" one) woke us up out of a sound jet lag sleep on the first day, large construction site operation out the window was noisy and unrelenting all day (I am a gold member so a receptionist should have seen this--yet stopped at night) and breakfast buffet disappears at 10AM (early for the tourist set). Otherwise, Conrad exudes excellence, in service and accommodations.

“What a Bed!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2013

I stayed here with my partner a few months ago, I think December. I arrived very ate and left very early, so probably only experience 10 hours of the hotel - or less.
Arrival was strange as the late receptionist didn't seem comfortable with check-ins but he was still friendly, so I got over it. I was exhausted too so not in the most tolerant of moods.
Arrived in the room and the first thing I saw was this amazing huge cushiony bed - WOW! It was a delight!
The rest of the room was also lovely, and bathroom was nice, although the glass covering the lighting above the shower really needs to be replaced as it is dirty, old and dusty.and there was a dead bug behind the glass.
It was old but not at all shabby, what a lovely room and I think this was a standard room! :) Would love to try a suite there sometime, I can only imagine how lovely it would be!
Breakfast was delicious, We ate it in the room, and the man who served it was such a professional, so friendly and unimposing. I wish I could remember his name, he was very tall, dark and very kind.
The one thing I would say is that the tables for room service, although clever idea, are a bit dangerous. My boyfriends side of the table caved in halfway through breakfast. Thankfully it was his full Irish that landed on his lap and not his hot tea.
I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would love to return to try out the rest of the facilities and outlets.

Room Tip: I have a feeling all rooms are good because the standard room is lovely!

“Great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2013

This hotel is everything it should be as a 5* in a major city. The service is professional and efficient - no waiting at checkin or checkout. The rooms were clean and fair-sized and the bed was very comfortable - that and the good quality blackout curtains meant I got a great nights' sleep. The location is ideal for business in the city as well as being close to some good restaurants too. All in all I would have no hesitation in staying here again.
