This is a very nice hotel. The staff here are very helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet. However we did note that our shower head would not stay in the holder which was fine but made showering annoying, but as we were only staying one night it was fine. We mentioned it to the recptionist as we were leaving and she apologised. The selection at breakfast was good and the service is excellent. This is a good hotel if you are staying in the O2. Breakfast however is a little expensive here as it was €25.00 for two people but I did not avail of the full Irish but there is a standard charge whether you eat a huge amount or not. Overall a good experience.

I stay in this hotel or 2 weeks in Dublin each year, the location for the IFSC was perfect and only a short trip away from the bars. My stay this year was much better than last, the reason for this was all of the staff in the Kudos bar. Everyday they were friendly, helpful and caring. As I was there a while I got to know the staff and they made me feel at home. Shane was an absolute LEGEND... Rob (the ginger one) made the best Cucumber Collins cocktail (sorry Shane but its the truth), Mike, Mave & Sonia (always providing entertainment) and the rest of the staff who I never got there name (apologies)!!!! The food here was alway delicious and the service was fantastic!!!! The only down side of the hotel was there were no fridges in the room.... But I would recommend people to stay here in the future!!!! Hope you all have a great Christmas!!!!

I booked 3 twin rooms and a suite for a special birthday celebration trip for my sister.
The suite which overlooked the river was great.Not very large or overly sumptuous but the decked veranda made up for it.
The service was excellent but they didn't do anything special for us.maybe because other people try it on to get extras?
Sauna was large and hot ,great for relaxing after a walk round Dublin.
Definitely not 5 star.but a good city 4 star.
the beds were unbelievably comfortable with quality linen.
It's a good walk into town and taxis varied between 9 euros and 17 euros !
Altogether a peaceful spot for a reading weekend.Security was excellent .

I stayed in this hotel on business and would thoroughly recommend it. Location is spot on for the financial area (work) and close enough to Temple Bar (play!). The rooms are large and comfortable and guests are well catered for. The bar and restaurant (for breakfast) are also very good and the staff very friendly, if not always attentive. On my floor (4) the hallways and public areas are a bit scruffy but once your in your room decor improves greatly. Didn't try the spa or gym but understand from others that they were very good. Will definitely stay here again.
