“Good for value stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2013

I use this hotel for short business trips where minimal time is spent in the room. Clean, central but basic. Especially the bathroom and quality of toiletries. Would recommend but not for a romantic couple stay!

We've just arrived back from a fab weekend in Dublin for Paddys day staying here at the Harding hotel made our experience in Dublin so much easier and relaxed. i've never stayed somewhere before where staff have been so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much for them (including the night receptionist who found a kebab shop who'd deliver to the hotel for us during the night!!) the bar staff and restaurant staff also made us feel very welcome! Our room was lovely, very spacious no complaints at all and the location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to most hotspots around dublin! Big thanks to the Harding hotel for making our first experience in Dublin an enjoyable one! We will be back : )

Recently stayed at the Hotel Harding for four nights in room 505. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a good hairdryer, proper ironing board and iron, good space for clothes and plenty of drawers. Would recommend this hotel since it was clean, friendly staff and the location is great. It's really close to Christchurch, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Temple Bar area, and the green hop on hop off bus tour stop. The airlink bus (747) is very close to the hotel (stop no. 10) ad it costs 6€ one way or 10€ for return. Don't loose Sandemans Famous Dublin Free Tour!

This hotel is in a great location right next to Temple Bar and the Olympia Theatre. The receptionist was nice and friendly. The bedroom was really big and warm. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had a powerful shower. Great value hotel and I would stay here again.

We arrived on St. Patricks day, and the atmosphere in Dublin was electric. Greeted at the hotel by a friendly lady, and check-in was hassle free. The hotel is in a fabulous location making it easy to get to Temple bar,the Guinness factory,Grafton Street etc. The rooms were nice, clean and basic making this hotel ideal for a couple of nights. The bar within the hotel had a lovely atmosphere, but service was slightly slow but this was due to the volume of people celebrating St.Patricks day. We went to Bewley's (Grafton St) for breakfast one day which was yummy and the next day we had breakfast in Copper Alley Bistro which was handy for an early morning start. Really enjoyed our stay, and although we had a room facing the Cathedral we were never bothered by the bells...this could have been helped by the Guinness we drank ;-) Thank you for looking after us!!

Stayed at the Harding Hotel for 3 nights in march. Lovely hotel very clean and tidy. the bells from the cathedral opposite can be heard but did not disturb our sleep. It was our second stay at the hotel which did not dissapoint for the second time, the rooms were cleaned each day with fresh towels. I can understand the complaints about the showers flooding the bathroom but this is minor when you consider all the plus points. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a good hairdryer, proper ironing board and iron, good space for clothes and plenty of drawers. The hotel is located in the perfect place in our opinion just a short stroll from Temple Bar yet far enough away to not get any noise or roudyness at night. It is located on bus routes to and from the airport, local buses and the airport link bus, stops right outside the hotel , very convenient! Do book the breakfasts as they are served in the bistro connected to the hotel which is very modern and serves a great breakfast, just what you need after a good night out!! Perfect city break will definately be returning to Dublin and the Harding Hotel in the future. Thank-you.

Recently stayed at the Hotel Harding for two nights in room 503. It was a nice room, clean, and pretty adequate for one or two people. Bathroom was a little small and the floor kept getting wet after a shower. Really my only complaint was the lack of lighting and it was a touch noisy outside the windows below.

Would recommend this hotel since it was clean, friendly staff and the location is great. You are really close to Christchurch, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Temple Bar area, and the green hop on hop off bus tour stop.

Recommend the green line because it basically had two days for the price of one which is about €18. Also you can take the airlink bus to the hotel for about 6€. I bought at the airport a combination ticket for one way bus and two days hop on hop off for 20€ just last week. Good deal.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of the Harding Hotel and sharing your experience of your recent stay when visiting Dublin.

I was delighted to read that you found the Harding to be so pleasant and suitable for your needs. We are very lucky to be located in such an interesting and historically rich area of Dublin but that is also so close to the main tourist attractions and so easily accessible by buses etc. for transport to/from the airport or the hop-on-hop-off bus.

I am so glad to read that you would recommend the Harding Hotel to others and that you found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and good value for money.

I hope that we may be able to accommodate you again in the near future.
