“nice area.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

my grandfather was head gardener here. its still a lovely park to walk around in the city. opposite the royal college of surgeons. you can see the bullet holes in the walls from the 1916 easter uprising. lots to see around this area.

“What a beautiful spot!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

It was freezing (literally, ducks standing on ice) and drizzling and it was still one of my favorite spots.

We stayed not far from the green which was a welcome calm space to walk in after visiting the busy shopping centre.

“An oasis of calm and curiosity”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

Just when the noise of the city gets too loud and the crowds begin to annoy you step into a sublime little park that is St. Stephens Green. An oasis. A sanctuary. Miss the crowds get centered, catch something of nature try walking through this park enroute to town. Wonderful

“Inspiring.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

This is a piece of heaven in Dublin. The standard of horticulture and general presentation is to be commended and for Dubliners, and visitors, a true treasure to enjoy.
