“Possibly the best lunch food in Dublin”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2012

Don't let the fact that this place is in the middle of homeware department of ireland's top department store put you off. The food here is fantastic - the superfood salad with salmon is an explosion of flavours, the pasta specials are invariably quirky and the coffee is great. Staff are friendly and efficient giving the lie to frequent statements about snooty service throughout the store. It's a little pricey but so is everywhere on grafton st and nearby. I eat here all the time and never grow tired of it. Sure the atmosphere could be better and the decor is rather bland despite rotating art exhibitions - looking out at Waterford crystal and Denby pottery displays isn't the best - but the people watching makes up for it. Good spot for lunch with friends, lovers, mammies, kids and you'll never wait long for a table.

“Eat beautiful food and watch beautiful people!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2012

I call in regularly for a breakfast, mid-morning coffee or an afternoon snack. The food is always good, the service excellent and the opportunity to look at the beautiful people an enjoyable past-time. Remember, this is a store and therefore a 'bridge' bewtweefn meals rather than a place I would take someone for a special meal. That said, it's always a lovely treat whether it's coffee and a scone or a full breakfast or a brunch special!

“A little bit of snobbery!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2012

I thoroughly enjoyed watching all the "ladies who lunch", all dolled up & oozing poshness! Great to pretend to belong to the "elite" for an hour or so....nice lunch too!

“Excellence”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2012

The food here was extremely good and well presented. The waiters were polite, but the food took very long to be ready. The crab cakes were he best! I will go back there!
