Stopped into this cafe on the recommendation of a friend. I ordered the tart of the day-goat cheese, butternut squash, carmelized onions and beets. I can't stop thinking about it! I will try to reproduce it when I get home, but I can't imagine that it will be close to the same ( because I am a horrid cook!) I am sure this will sound corny, but that will likely be what I remember most from the trip.
