“Nice hotel and good location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2013 via mobile

We stayed here for one night, rooms were good staff great. We ate at the nearby Baan Thai, excellent Thai curry strongly recomend it if you like Thai. We had a few Guiness in the bar afterwards and the bar staff were great and the bar was busy considering it was a Tuesday night. We did breakfast here not something I normally do but was not disapointed. Checkout was real easy. Booked this on trevargo so got a great deal and the stay was very good value. Weather wasn't great but cannot blame the hotel for that.

I had booked this hotel back in July, however had to cancel late due to the sad death of my mum.
I didnt expect to be able to move my reservation date as we had pre-paid, however Noah kindly promised to move my dates if needed.A month later I got tickets to the mayo v tyrone match unexpectedly in August, and chanced my luck that afternoon on the drive down to see if I could use up my stay...
Not expecting to be able to do this, I was delightfully surprised to be so well accommodated at such short notice..again by the lovely Noah :) On arrival to the room she had even left a note sympathising for my loss. So in all my review is completely to Thank Noah and hope that she is valued by the management in the Clyde Court...and also she upgraded us to a massive room ! Thanks again Noah.. I hope to Thank You in person in the future. Tracey.

Room Tip: Ask for Noah to ensure Great Service :)

We had a two night stay at the hotel in August 2013 and it was the perfect base for exploring Dublin and relaxing in after full day's exploring. The hotel felt grand but the staff were so helpful and courteous that it was really homely. The rooms were a good size and comfortable, breakfast was a broad selection of everything you could want for breakfast. The beds were comfy and my only complaint was a slight noisy air-conditioning unit. We thought it was excellent value for money and would stay there again at the drop of a hat!

We stayed here for two nights and had the most enjoyable stay. The hotel staff were so helpful with absolutely everything. The room was perfect and had the best sleep for a long time. Food was excellent and location was brilliant - just a short walk to take a Dublin Area Rapid Transit (DART)direct to the main shopping areas.
We shall return!

Before arrival we phoned for directions and reception was so helpful that we arrived promptly with no hassle. Firstly we thought Clyde court seemed like a corporate hotel. I was so wrong amazing treatment from Noha in reception Brian in restaurant and chef Janet that we have never enjoyed a mid week family break away such as we did with them x Brilliant attention to detail so clean helpful warm and friendly. We where happy to stay in the hotel for our break as they made us feel so special. A big thank you to Noha Janet and Brian we will certainly return again and again. Only One criticism more choice for children's menu.

My wife and I are just back from a very enjoyable short stay at the Clyde Court Hotel.

This hotel is ideally situated within 200 metres of a D.A.R.T station making access to Dublin city centre so convenient.

Overall the hotel is presented in a very favourable way, with courteous and professional staff.

You are made feel welcome from the quick and efficient registration to the friendly restaurant and bar staff.

The foyer is very impressive and well presented and this trend is carried forward to the corridors and into the deluxe bedrooms, which are both clean and very inviting. Perphaps my only issue would be that there is no separate shower cubicle - only a shower over a bath tub - and personally I feel that this would enhance the rooms.

Room Tip: If possible request a room as facing Landsdowne Road and as far away from the external air-condition...
