“Best chips in Cork”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2013

I've been here a few times.
The chips, burgers and sausages are lovely but they are very greasy so it'd only be a once a week or less treat.
The staff are lovely here and very friendly.
The premises is not clean however but the food is tasty.

“Below average”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2013

I live around the corner for more than a year now and few times bought something from this chipper (like five times in the whole time). Chips are not very good, last time (mid september 2013) they were a bit crunchy on the edges and of not a very good taste (quite dry somehow). The burgers (double burger) are also not of a good quality, the meat is always dry without juice. Small bit of lettuce, some sauce and some onions - it does the job, but definitely nothing extraordinary. I would recommend to go elsewhere if possible, but if you have no transportation and you have no other option just go there. Dull food but not horrible. My rating is 4/10.

“Greasy Fast Food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2013

Only eat here if its a once off. The food is covered in grease and fat. Must be terrible for people's arteries and heart. We ate here once the food tasted nice but once is all we'd do.

“Small portions”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

Lennoxs is not what it used to be. You used to be able to go to a chipper and get a big feed with a bag of chips. It is now I think €5 for chips cheese and garlic and its in a very small plastic tray. Very mean. They are def watching their portion control. I won't be returning. Murphys chipper in Blackpool is great for portion and they have the nicest chips and peas. The last time my parents got peas in Lennoxs they were inedible, the woman said it was because they added too much green dye..............
