“Lovely area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

A lovely suspension bridge located just 1km. from city centre and adjacent to a beautiful public park. It is overlooked by the period houses of Sundays Well.

“Not that shaky but beautiful”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2012

It's called the shake bridge but we didn't find it that shaky. But its a beautiful bridge view a nice view and we have some kids who love to look in the water for old biles and fish.
Next to it is a small skaterpark, also nice.

“The shaky bridge”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2012

The shaky bridge is well known to Corkonian northsiders. To get to Fitzgeralds park from Sundays Well on foot an essential part of the day out is to stand on the shaky bridge and jump up and down to make it vibrate. It is a wonderful suspension bridge with fantastic views down the river towards the city.

“Quirky little Bridge, nice to photograph”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2012

Daly's Bridge is known in Cork as the "shakey bridge", because it is in fact a small suspension bridge designed only for pedestrian traffic, and true to it's name, if you jump p and down on it, the whole structure begins to vibrate and shake. If you go down the road a little bit to Wellington Bridge, you can get a nice shot of Daly's Bridge, especially during the simmer months when the trees and bushes on the river bank are in full bloom.
CAUTION: Don't go near this bridge after dark. It attracts people who engage in anti-social behavior, who hang around, drinking etc and intimidating passers-by.

“If you are in the Mardyke/Fitzgeralds Park area do go to see the "Shaky Bridge"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2011

This pedestrian bridge crosses the River Lee near the children's playground in Fitzgeralds Park. It is a suspension bridge and has always given children a little excitement as it does shake when a number of people walk on it. You may also see some fish swimming under or a heron looking for dinner
