“Nice but not so cheap”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

thought food was nice the few times i ate there in the eve. they have tv and its quiet so i got to watch what i wanted :). food was tasty and isnt your typical pub grub, but it could've been more generous. went in for a pint and a meal - nice pint of guinness and food was tasty with kind of home cut chips, but i was still hungry after - never understand why places generally cant be more generous with chips, as they are probably the cheapest part of the meal.
overall i'd recommend it if you want a place ur guaranteed tasty food but its more expensive than normal pub grub too.

“Retirement function”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

Celebrated my retirement with large group of friends in the bar last night. We received a very warm welcome from Fionnuala and Tadhg and all the staff.
Service was excellent and the bar food was hot and tasty.
Every effort was made to make it a special occasion and I will certainly
be going back.Highly recommended for your party.
Well done and thanks to all at The Flying Entreprise.

“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

Myself and mum had the pleasure in visiting the Engterprise yesterday.
From the moment we entered the establishment we were treated as if we were the only customers on site
Finbar, the proprietor showed us to a really nice area as he could see mum was cold.
He passed some really kind and amazing comments.

The servers on duty were fabolous and the food was second to none.

We chose the homemade vegetable soup served with delicious brown bread 10/10
Ceasar salad wrap with sald and home made chips 10/10
Vegetarian toasted wrap with homemade chips and salad 10/10
We also had a hot port and a tea
Bill was shy of 32euro..........very reasonavle

The whole expereince was one I will remember

Well done Finbar and congrats to your fabolous team

“Dong visit for the food menu”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2012 via mobile

I visited before and was disappointed, but I gave it another chance. Had roast lamb from the lunch menu. Very unimpressed. Pre sliced factory prepared cooked lamb over dollop of factory mash potatoes. Pre made onion gravy over meat. Heated selection of julienne carrots and parsnips with reheated mange tout on the side. In conclusion, this is a nice well run clean and spacious pub. Might be ok for drinks & snacks, but go elsewhere for decent pub food.

“Strange and Uncomfortable”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

Was welcomed at the door, however I felt like I was being watched throughout my meal. We were also repeatedly checked up on, to the point where I was asked how my food was several times during the same course! Food tasted like it had been frozen then microwaved and was altogether far too greasy... Decor outdated and staff seemingly under pressure even though it was quiet at the time. I would not eat here again and I would strongly advise anyone else to steer clear of the place.
