“Taste the Adventure”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2013

Not only recommended by lots of work colleagues, but the ratings on trip advisor indicated I should give Cafe Paridiso a try. Being a lover of all types of food I was eager to see if my taste buds were going to be inspired. Well they were blown away on all fronts. Whilst the decor is simple inside, there is a real intimate feel and charm to the place. The menu offers a full a la carte and at €29 for a 3 course pre-theatre option as well, it is good value. The a la carte pushes the prices further, but for the standards delivered is a still worth it.
The standards of cooking are very high in comparison to most of Corks restaurants with flavour standing right out in front. Do not expect stomach bloating portions as this is about great ingredients and flavour.
Finally, a restaurant in Cork with an interesting and relatively good value wine list as well, with wines available by the carafe in a variety of size.
Forget meat for a day and taste the adventure.

“Excellent vegeterian restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2013

Everything here is made on site, and sourced from an independent organic farm 30 miles away in West Cork.

The food was excellent, and the staff here are lovely too.

“Unique vegetarian dishes with great flavor and balance”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

Restaurant has a unique menu of fresh, flavorful vegetarian dishes. Is expensive but worth it. There is a good accompaniment of starters and desserts, as well as wines.

“10 out of 10”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2013

Cork is a small city, however we have a few restaurants that are top drawer, Cafe Pardiso is in a different class again, dined here last night, difficult to describe how good it was but perhaps unforgettable might be a good one word description.
