Arrived here the evening of the Irish Hurling Championship game. We had no problem checking in and finding our room through some maze-like hallways. Our room was large and had a single bed and a queen bed. The bathroom was small, but adequate. Our biggest problem was the hot room with no fan, and ivy covered windows which let in several types of flying and crawling creatures. There were heavy draperies which kept out the light at night, but did not allow any air in the room. The location of this hotel was ideal for exploring the town of Ennis. There were three places to eat on premises--a pub, a formal dining room, and a more casual restaurant (we enjoyed this one). Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but could be reserved in advance. We chose to eat breakfast in the dining room for twelve Euros and had a very good meal. I would stay here again if in the area.
