“It's between the town centre and the beach”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2013

For anyone who doesn't know. It's a park, basically. There's not a lot to say about this one......Take your kids, your imagination, and some money for when they catch sight of Pirate Pete's.

“Freah walk along the beach front”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

Just 2 mins walk from our Hotel was the Seaside. Refreshing, delightful day(would be better in the Summer months)
It has playparks for childrens and a couple of to go Cafes, ideal for coffee and ice creams.
Walked along the grass then on to the promenade to the bridge then back.
Would come a drive down from Glasgow just to enjoy the peaceful and scenery walk:)

“Large expansive area directly opposite Beach”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

The low green is made up of a very large grassy area, mostly flat but has some dunes. the park is surrounded by several cafes and snack kiosks. There is also a fully enclosed play area adjoining which has a wide variety of play things including swings, chutes, climbing frames as well as lots of other interactive aparatus.
