“Nice room convenient location.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013 via mobile

The hotel room was clean and spacious, having everything you need. The location is great as it is a short drive from the airport. We took a taxi and it was only £3.40 from the airport to the hotel. The only downside is the food at the restaurant. I am beginning to feel that all hotels close to airports are the same - captive audience, don't worry about the food. It tasted good, but really wasn't anything special. My steak tasted good but was over-cooked (I asked for somewhere between rare and medium, and received somewhere between medium and well done). The burger was not home made but tasted ok as well. The service wasn't good, which is annoying when there is a 10% gratuity built into your bill. Overall, for sleeping it is a good spot though to sleep.

Great value. Slept well due to added bonus of blackout mirror blind. Spacious room, lovely shower and fast and efficient check in/out. Stayed here before early flight next day. It is a short walk to airport which didn't worry me as woke myself and my partner up.

The room was nice enough. It had a huge mirror to be used as curtains! Was a bit weird and also tough to open and close each time! The bathroom is one for people who are "very" comfortable with each other as no privacy to toilet/shower. Again mirrors everywhere! An exhibitionists dream this.

The restaurant downstairs was small and I think they were understaffed as long waiting times. The waiter was polite and pleasant, the barman not so much.

Would probably try one of the other hotels nearby before staying here again but as it was Business, I have stayed in worse places so would stay again if needed.

I checked into this hotel on 24th May 2013 to get a good nights sleep before flying to Florida with my husband and three young children. We were all very excited and usually find staying in a hotel the night before is the perfect start to our holiday. This was not the case this time. We picked the children up after school and drove three and half hours to this hotel, the kids were tired and hungry but excited about staying in a hotel. After we checked in i went to book a table for our evening meal before going to bed. The young man said he wouldcheck with his manager. I couldn't see a problem as the restaurant was only half full. When he returned he said we couldn't have a table. I asked why and he said they were full. I pointed out some empty tables and asked if we could put a chair on a four seater table to accommodate us all, he said he wasn't allowed to change the lay out of the restaurant, even though i had just watched them push two table together. He told me i should drive into Glasgow as i wouldn't be getting a table tonight. By this point i was furious and upset. My husband went to the lady at the check in desk who was totally baffled by the whole situation. She immediately got us a table. I then turned to see the manager telling the girl off saying he had already refused us a table. We then sat for for a further 20 minutes being completely ignored until i finally asked for a menu. Bu this point it was 10.00 pm and the kids were starving. We got our meal and left feeling very upset by the way we had been treated and certainly wasn't the start to my dream holiday that i had imagined.

We went to bed and got no sleep whatsoever. The walls are paper thin and there was people coming and going all night long. Babies crying and drunk people wandering the corridors.

We normally stay in a Premiere inn but thought on this occasion we try a Ramada. Big mistake.

Next time I will stick with a Premiere inn where we have always been made to fell welcome.

Recently stayed for convenience and parking deal before flight next day, good enough deal however rooms not the cleanest. Cushions on bed all stained, carpet worn and all round skirtin areas thick with stoor and crumbs! I personally dont think you can bet the Premier Inns for cleanliness, Ramada rooms need a refurb.

Stayed one night before going on holiday.had read reviews about reception staff but found them freindly and helpful at all times.Room was clean and had all we needed for a quick overnighter. We walked to the terminal the next morning.Leave the hotel and cross the busy road to a staff car park, walk to the right through the car park and look for signs which say terminal.this way keeps you away from busy roads.feels safe as airpot staff use it all hours and it is well lit.for what we paid we were satisfied with the hotel.

This is a poor hotel. Added to mediocre service and surly staff was a couple of coach loads of tourists (nothing wrong with that, it's just the hotel seemed to have absolutely no idea how to resource for them). Evening meal was marked by watching guests being turned away from the restaurant (due to the block bookings), and breakfast was carnage. I watched a manager (poorly) handling a compliant from a tour operator who was rightly complaining about service and provision - the overriding impression I am left with from this hotel is of people who don't know what they are doing, people who don't care about service. Just awful. There are plenty of alternatives - I'd recommend taking one.
