I have done a considerable amount of traveling through the years, always staying at B&B's where possible. I have to say that Torrdarach House now tops the list of my favourite.

June is a wonderful hostess and made sure we had everything we needed (including where to eat and what to see in the area). Our room had a king size bed with a beautiful view of the gardens.

The visitors lounge is elegant yet comfortable. Just the place to put your feet up after a long day's journey.

Bring your appetite for breakfast! As if a full Scottish breakfast isn't enough, there is porridge as an option, different cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruit. All of this enjoyed in a wonderful breakfast room with views of the garden, and if you're lucky, red squirrels.

The entire property is lovely and it is easy to see it is not only well maintained, but well loved.

You will not go wrong choosing this B&B.
