“A wee highland gem!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

The hotel is lovely for a 3 star establishment. Not what we all expected! The décor is superb and makes the hotel very welcoming. The staff were very attentive and Aaron and his fellow assistant served us a superb dinner, sincere compliments to the chef, and at breakfast too.
Our bedroom was very nice and very clean, as was our friends. The 4 of us were very impressed with this hotel.
It's a hotel I would visit again and cannot speak too highly of. A lovely wee find.

Stayed last night and it was perfect.
Spotless Hotel, comfortable room and bed, great food at excellent, friendly and helpful service from everyone that works here!
Easy to find, with parking to the rear. Two sun room lounge areas which were very comfortable. Beautiful dining room and also very comfortable.
Service was above and beyond, staff could not do enough for you and constantly ensuring everything is ok and asking if you needed anything.
Location is great to access any walks you wish to go on and also the shops.
Highly recommend this Hotel.

Room Tip: We stayed in room number 6 which faced the front of the hotel with lovely views to the hills. Had a...

Thank you for the VERY kind comments you made about your short visit, I've said many times before, we have a small team here at The Acarsaid & it really does make a difference to us all to read reviews like this, we realise that these days with such stiff competition we have to strive to make everyone's experience enjoyable to try & ensure that you will come back & it looks like we are doing a fairly good job.
Thank you again & kind regards

Glorious journey from Glasgow up to Pitlochry as weather was magnificent. Magical overnight stay. Room had a gorgeous view of the hills. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were all so kind and attentive. Decor of hotel first class. Highly recomend this excellent hotel. We got a great deal via Trivago.

Thank you for your kind comments, we really are lucky living in Scotland to have such glorious scenery to enjoy - always a bonus when the sun shines, but stunning in any weather.

Stayed for one night and was delighted with this hotel. Room was clean with a comfortable bed, television, en-suite bathroom, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly and this made our stay even more enjoyable. Pitlochry is a lovely place to visit and this hotel is in a perfect location to walk to the shops as well as having a car park for guests. Dinner and breakfast were both very tasty and there was an excellent selection to choose from at breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will look forward to staying here again.

Room Tip: We stayed in a small double room but was very nice with a lovely view of the garden and hills, away...

Just returned from a 2 night break away at The Acarsaid and it was SO good my husband and I are planning to go back later in the year! The staff here go that "extra mile" to make sure your stay is pleasurable, nothing is a problem to them. Rooms are very comfortable and lounge areas very relaxing. Meals are of a high standard and Steakhouse restaurant is highly recommended with excellent service by all staff. Will definitely be back in October and will recommend to all our friends.

Couldn't ask for a better service, very helpful staff, great breakfast.
I suppose in one way, the hotels old style and surroundings mesh into the local area, but think it should be restricted to the hotel, and the rooms modernised to make them feel more cosy, cleaner, newer

Room Tip: get a room with a view facing the river tummel
