“Best lunch ever!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2012

I love this place. Wished I could have had a few visits to try more. Mum and I were both happy with the open sandwiches, mine was fabulous( salmon, prawn and avacado). Loads of everything, and superb value for money. Your cakes looked so good and I will regret not trying your chocolate cake! Love, love, love.

“A gem of a place to stop for a quick lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2012

Have you ever wanted somthing different at lunch time but did not want the full pub/cafe meal? Well here is the place to go. We stopped in on a trip down the A9 for a quick snack and were very pleasantly supprised at the delightful choice this little french cafe had on offer. Proper food in small portions and small prices - just right for a mid day snack and so very very tasty! Best of all you can finish it of with a good quality coffee and a yummy cake from the patisserie cabinet.

It is a work in progress upstairs is very quaintly decorated in the French cafe style but the toilets and the stairs too them had not been done yet but signs promised they will be done. So we will make this a regular pit stop now on our travels up and down the A9.

“Good coffee”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2012 via mobile

Stopped off for a quick bite enroute to Kinloch rannoch. Home baking selection very good. Coffee was good. We had the lentil soup, which was a bit watery, and a scone which was quite tasty and fresh. Service was excellent. The cafe was quite busy when we visited. Access to the toilet could be hazardous if you aren't steady on your feet as there are a number of steps down to the shared toilet. Close to the pay and display car park.

“Very worth a visit for friendly service and homemade delights!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2012

We stopped in for some lunch and sampled some very delicious homemade soup and cakes. They were so keen for us to enjoy their lovely food that they held my 5 month old daughter, so my husband and I could enjoy their Scotch Broth. Thank you very much, we will be back :-)
