I stayed here for 3 nights. Service was very good.Location is poor, however as I was on business it didn't really matter. Surely it is not a 5 star hotel, but that is reflected in the price. Breakfast is included and is OK. Beds are comfy enough, rooms and bathrooms are very clean and you can get a decent night sleep here. Will definitely return if I am in the area again.

Stayed for one night on a stop-over and found it was all we needed. I wouldnt stay for more than 1 night as there is nothing to do and the surroundings are all offices with a good walk into town which we never did . Rooms are good and the staff very friendly but honestly, 1 night is all I would recommend and only as a stop-over for some sleep.

Stayed at The Express by Holiday Inn in Greenock for 3 nights and found it very pleasent. Rooms were immaculate and beds where very comfortable. As we had a room on the 3rd floor we had a good veiw of the River Clyde which was lovely.
Staff were all very polite and fulfilled all our requests quickly. They were very good with the kids too, keeping them busy with colouring in books while we ate one evening.
The menu was small but the food was good, I had the home-made soup which was lovely.
All in all a good stay which was value for money, I would recomend staying at the Express by Holiday Inn Greenock.

i have just spent the last week at greenock express by holiday inn and would like to say it was the best hotel experience ive ever had, the staff were all polite and well mannered had a great attitude and always service with a smile. i had a few meals over the week at the hotel and there were exeptional a great variety to choose from and all well perpared, the presentation was well done to. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thats wants looked after and treated like a guest should be. it great value for money and definetly would be heading back within the next few months.
