Lovely wee place with a great host. Quiet location with off street parking. Fab breakfast choice eaten from fine antique China. The things most important to me were top notch. Cleanliness, quietness and a fab breakfast to set you up for the day.

Room tip: Our room had duel aspect windows to rear. Lovely and bright but good blackout at night. Modern ensuite shower room too. Free wifi, tea coffee facilities and a handful of chocolate biscuits to make u feel at home and modern flatscreen tv.

Thank you so much for this lovely review and we are both very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at our B&B (The Braighe) in Nairn. It is good to use the fine bone china as the tea tastes better in it! I am very pleased that you appreciated our effortsand do keep in touch and tell your friends and colleageus too as we will be pleased to have them stay.
Best Wishes
Marie.

Marie is the most wonderful host. She is so welcoming and helpful, being very happy to recommend and even book evening meal venues. The room was so comfortable, with complimentary mineral waters plus a good choice of teas and coffees. Free wifi. Breakfast was outstanding in both choice and quality. Will definitely be returning

Marie and Blair are quite wonderful and the best hosts we have met on our trip trough Scotland.
Their house is very cosy and both are more than happy to help their guests to have a beautiful stay in Nairn.
The rooms are great and the breakfast (especially Marie's porridge with cinnamon) is very delicious. We are more than happy that we found this B&B in Scotland and we definitly would like to come back in our next vacation in Scotland.
Many thanks to both of you for the beautiful days in your home. We really enjoyed the nice chats with you - we will remember "um die Ecke" and "okidoki"

I was searching for accommodation in the area and this was one of my final attempts for the area and what a spot of luck it was that I fell on this place. Marie and Blair are excellent hosts first and foremost secondly the accommodation was right up my street as my room was filled with very good quality furniture and probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a while. The ensuite was modern and very comfortable and easily accessible in fact the whole room felt very comfortable. The breakfasts i had were first class and nothing was too much trouble for them even from a well travelled man like me. If I was on holiday instead of on a business trip given the friendliness of these kind people, I think I would have been up to the early hours of the morning with Blair discussing football and trying the different Scottish whiskeys. I would thoroughly recommend staying there if I preferred the B & B experience. Thankyou to Marie and Blair for the warm welcome you gave me.

Thank you very much indeed for this wonderful review of our B&B here in Nairn at The Braighe. We now have a new breakfast menu which is different from the "usual" and this is proving very popular. Tell your businessmen friends as they will be made very welcome and also we offer FREE WIFI which will help them a lot!
Keep in touch,
Best Wishes
Marie.

Marie's place in Nairn is a beautifully furnished house in a quiet residential street, within easy walking distance of the beach. She is a fantastic host and served a very tasty breakfast! Nairn is a good place to start trips form, for instance to Loch Ness or into the Highlands. Everything was perfect and I'd go there again in a heartbeat.
