This is probably the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The setting is rural and delightfully peaceful. The building is modern, only about five years old, and the underfloor heating makes it warm and cosy. Margaret made me feel very welcome and she is a very good cook. Her cooked breakfast is fit for a king with a large appetite. She also prepared a fine packed lunch for me every day. The room was very comfortable with an en suite shower room. There were lots of nice little details which makes this B&B stand out from the crowd; bottled water & glass by my bed. All the toiletries, shampoo, soap and even cotton buds, that you would expect to find in a good hotel, but not that often in a B&B in Scotland. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful welcome from Margaret, a very good room with a comfortable bed and good shower; there is also a very comfortable lounge for use in the evenings and the breakfast is excellent with a wide choice.

This is the most fantastic B&B we have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble and we ended up coming early to get changed for a wedding and then staying later the morning after the wedding. Margaret made us sandwiches for lunch and the breakfast was wonderful - fresh raspberries and strawberries, a whole array of yoghurt, cereals, toast and fresh butteries. Full Scottish breakfast was fab too.

The rooms are really spacious and comfortable and the ensuites are luxurious. The added bonus is a lovely sitting room/dining room which guests can use - ideal for us as my parents were staying in the other room.

Finally, the surroundings are absolutely beautiful - it is so peaceful and quiet.

I can't recommend highly enough! Well done Margaret on getting it so perfect!

An amazing service from Margaret and her husband Sandy, it really is a hidden gem of a b&b, rooms are clean and well presented. The breakfast is awesome, simply a banquet of fruit, cereal, yogurt, and of course the famous full Scottish. Margaret make us a packed lunch every day and it was as expect excellent just like our say, really is a great place, a big thumbs up.

Quite simply the best B and B i have ever stayed in. Three of us stayed for a fishing trip and were looked after like Kings... Breakfast was amazing and packed lunches for the river bank were delicious... It made the whole few days even more enjoyable.
