We visited the restaurant early evening on a Friday and the staff dealt with specific requests made by my wife for her food and even made a meal not even on the menu for my daughter (Pasta with tomato sauce, broccolli and cheese). My own steak pie was ok but not amazing (perhaps a little overcooked - the steak was tough/dry) but otherwise perfect. My wife's seabass was a bargain getting two large fillets for the cost and by all accounts was tasty.
The view from the window to the sea and across Nairn's bandstand was excellent.
The bar/ale list and whisky menu looked amazing but sadly I was having a night off the booze...perhaps next time!
