A lovely couple with a lovely home. Our room was squeaky clean. The bed very comfortable, in fact, we felt like everything was at least as good as our own home. Jane and her husband could not have been more gracious and helpful. Breakfast was on point as well. I almost hesitate writing this as I think there are only two rooms here. Internet access is available in the b'fast room. Only down sides are parking is on the street (we found a space directly in front though) and cash only. All in all a terrific value. Nice town too. Don't miss a trip to Cawdor Castle while you are there.

We stayed one night in this B&B and had a very comfortable stay. Location is perfect, only a few minutes to the beach by walk. Jane, the host, is very friendly and keen to make your stay perfect for you. Parking at the street is not easy, but Jane told us to use the parking place of the clinic nearby so it wasn't a problem. Our double room was not very big but had everything you need. The window of the room is positioned to the street, but it's a very small and calm street so you are not disturbed by traffic noise. Breakfast room is also very comfortable, with nice fotos taken by Janes husband and many handouts with informations to the area. During breakfast you listen to a beautiful compilation of scottish music (Jane, if you read this: I bought two discs with scottish music, but I haven't found this perfect combination of bag pipes and songs I heard at your house! I still miss it!). Last thing to mention: Jane offers free internet access at a computer in the breakfast room. Very useful if you don't have planned your complete journey yet, or if you just want to check your e-mails or something like that.
If we will come to the beautiful beach of Nairn again, I'm sure we'll stay at Fairhaven.

Stayed here for one night, situated in old Fishertown area of Nairn, very picturesque but parking is not easy - only available on street and that can be limited at times. Both rooms are downstairs at front of house, kept separate from owners accommodation. Our double ensuite was extremely comfortable, flat screen freeview TV, tea/coffee facs, all the usual amenities provided. Lovely warm room provided good night's sleep. Nice breakfast room, choice of cooked breakfast items plus ample tea/coffee/toast. Extremely reasonable year round rate of £55 per room including cooked breakfast, hard to beat! Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Owners very charming and friendly.
